At FIGR, baby plants, small delicate stems with 1–2 leaves, are cut from the mother plants.
The baby plants are then placed in ice cube–sized trays and are left to grow for two weeks.
Next, the babies move to the vegetation room for eighteen hours of light and six hours of rest.
Now the plants move on to the flowering room for twelve hours of light and twelve hours of rest.
Our grown plants are cut down, with the buds intact, and head to our trimming facility.
Buds are hand-trimmed and separated before running through a machine for a uniform trim.
The buds are dried using our signature curing process to reach the ideal moisture level.
Our staff carefully hand-selects and packages every bud, to ensure the highest quality.
The trim is used to extract cannabis oils and the leftover buds move on to bulk packaging.
A final quality check is performed to ensure all products pass Health Canada regulations.
Our farmers and scientists worked together to build the best possible growing and curing process. Each plant is hand-picked, trimmed, and packaged in our facilities. Every step is carefully monitored by our growers and our flower is tested by a third-party company to ensure quality and consistency.
Our oils are made using a supercritical CO2 extraction method and without the involvement of any harmful chemicals. They are mixed and monitored by our master blender, without his approval, nothing leaves the facility.
